Renegade Go-kart is a vehicle in Core Keeper. It can be crafted using a Go-Kart Workbench. It can also be found parked inside of naturally generated houses within the Oasis biome.
The Renegade Go-kart can be deployed by pressing the "Use Item" key, and entered by pressing the "Interact" key. It can then be driven on any land the player can walk on. While inside a go-kart, the player remains vulnerable to enemies and traps, and cannot attack, but can still utilize some items, such as snacks or potions. Using the "Attack" key will instead play one of two unique musical horns, inspired by the chorus of La Cucaracha, a nod to 1970s car culture.[1]
Once it has come to a complete stop, the Renegade Go-kart can be left by using the "Interact" key again. If unoccupied, attacking the Renegade Go-kart twice will break it, allowing it to be carried and stored as an item, and deployed again any time.
